"It's really wonderful for both Atari as a publisher and for David Cage and Quantic Dream, the development visionaries behind this remarkable piece of interactive entertainment, to see all the hard work pay off and the admiration that Fahrenheit has received in the press filter down to so many of the game buying public," said Cyril Voiron, Marketing Director, Atari Europe. "I know that any fan of video games cannot fail to be invigorated after their first contact with Fahrenheit, and it's fantastic to know that so many will be."

Strong sales have been reported in all other European territories, cementing the success of the campaign that has seen one of the most original video games of recent times win the hearts and minds first of the gaming media, and now of the gamers themselves. Critical praise continues to be heaped on Fahrenheit from all quarters and Atari expects impressive sales to be sustained throughout Europe over the coming weeks.
